We welcome submissions that address the industry's key challenges and opportunities. We are particularly interested in abstracts focusing on the following themes, though other relevant topics will also be considered:

Phosphate Rock, Beneficiation & Downstream Production

  • Mining, resource assessment, processing, flotation, and emerging separation technologies.
  • Wet-process and thermal phosphoric acid, PPA, sulphuric acid and energy recovery, and battery-grade phosphate production.

Operations, Reliability, Digital & Workforce

  • Asset integrity, corrosion and slurry-handling, revamps and capacity increases, and turnaround management.
  • Application of AI, machine learning, digital twins, and remote operations.

Potash Production

  • Best practices in conventional and solution mining, brine and solar evaporation, beneficiation, crystallisation, and compaction.

How to submit your proposal

Submission Deadline: 21st August 2026

  1. Prepare Your Abstract: Your abstract should be between 200-400 words and clearly outline the title of your presentation, key arguments, and the conclusions you will draw. Please include your name, job title, company, and contact information.
  2. Submit Online: All proposals must be submitted through our online portal.

Panel Discussions: If you would also like to be considered for a panel discussion in addition to a formal presentation, please indicate this when you contact the programme team after submitting your abstract.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by CRU's conference production team. You will be notified of the status of your submission by October 2026.
